AP/AR Bookkeeper

Position Summary The Bookkeeper is responsible for managing day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable activities while maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely cash application, invoice processing, and reconciliation in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Process daily deposits and assist with remote deposit capture Apply customer payments and approved credits accurately and timely Prepare, review, and disburse customer invoices Perform three-way matching for accounts payable transactions Reconcile transactions and balances against statements Review transactions and invoices to identify discrepancies, refunds, delinquent accounts, or insufficient payments Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation Assist with scanning, filing, and payment application workflows Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues Qualifications Experience in a bookkeeper, AR, or AP role Experience with NetSuite preferred but not required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities Why This Role Stable, full-time position with a reputable organization Competitive salary within the $65,000–$75,000 range Opportunity to work in a collaborative, professional accounting environment Hands-on role with meaningful impact on daily financial operations #INMAR2026
