1st Shift Slitter Helper

Job DescriptionThis person will assist the production team and the Slitting Machine Operators. They will be responsible for the setup of the slitting arbors and overarm and underarm separators for the slitting machines.Essential Functions:-Follow safety protocols to ensure protection of personnel and the facility.-Execute tasks under the instruction of the Slitter Operator, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.-Sets up slitting arbors with precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate cutting specifications-Configures underarm and overarm separators to facilitate smooth material flow during the slitting processWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
