Shipping and Receiving Specialist Join a dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist where you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations by handling the receipt and distribution of goods. Responsibilities Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices. Maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items. Utilize computers for data entry and manage Excel sheets. Maintain records of merchandise shipped. Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on the manufacturing line. Prepare kitting packages or conduct inventory counts as needed. Complete the put-away function of received goods. Label products according to customer CPD requirements. Operate a forklift upon re-certification if required. Perform any other assigned tasks. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail. Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for a prolonged period. Proficiency in data entry and Excel. Experience in inventory management and cycle counts. Ability to effectively work within a team environment. Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written directions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Open to entry-level candidates. Computer savvy.
