Real Estate Manager Grove City, OH Direct-hire About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional for a newly created role. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple locations. What You’ll Do Oversee approximately 20 properties across the U.S. Coordinate appraisals, bids, and vendor relationships (landscaping, security, maintenance, etc.) Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for taxes, utilities, and payments Ensure timely payment of invoices and ongoing service contracts Research and cold-call vendors and suppliers to source competitive bids Generate reports and provide updates to leadership Act as the go-to person for property-related support and problem-solving What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data tracking Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience in facilities coordination, office management, operations support, or vendor management is a plus Commercial real estate or property management experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Details Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour plus benefits, PTO, other company offerings Opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, growing organization #INMAR2026
