Job Title: Assembler Various location in Florida Location :- Oldsmar FL & Orlando FL Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Assembler to support production and assembly of electronic components using advanced soldering and wiring techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience with IPC standards, J-STD-001, and WHMA workmanship criteria. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole (Thru-Hole) components. Key Responsibilities: Perform soldering, desoldering, and resoldering of electronic components using hand tools and soldering stations. Assemble and inspect SMT and Thru-Hole components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). Follow detailed assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications. Adhere to IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and WHMA-A-620 standards for workmanship and quality. Operate basic manufacturing and test equipment as needed. Document production data and perform quality checks during assembly. Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronic assembly or soldering. Certification in IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Familiarity with Surface Mount and Through Hole component assembly. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: WHMA-A-620 cable and harness assembly knowledge. Microscope soldering and fine-pitch component experience.
