Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) Warehouse associate/Forklift operator to join their team. As a Warehouse associate/Forklift operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse associate/Forklift operator Location: Appleton, WI Pay Range: To be determined- based on experience Shift: 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday Thursday (overtime possible) What's the Job? Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment in accordance with safety standards and company policies. Support warehouse activities including loading, unloading, staging, and storing materials to ensure product integrity and prevent contamination. Assist with inventory management through cycle counts, documentation, and verification of product movement. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary warehouse environment adhering to SQF, FDA, and regulatory standards. Coordinate closely with production to support material flow, staging, and product transfer, ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. What's Needed? Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Bilingual-Spanish and English preferred Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or food manufacturing preferred. Strong attention to detail with an understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality requirements. Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and food safety protocols.
