What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:Help customers in person, over the phone, and by email-answering questions and keeping things moving. Walk customers through the repair process, from scheduling and drop-off to pick-up. Create a welcoming environment and make customers feel comfortable while they're in the shop. Coordinate paperwork, loaner or rental cars, and other service-related details. Follow up with customers after service to make sure they're satisfied. Keep schedules organized and support the team with customer files and estimates. Prepare billing, collect payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. Communicate with customers, team members, and vendors to keep everything on track. Our Ideal Customer Service Representative:Experienced: 2+ years of customer service experience required. Comfortable using basic computer systems and willing to learn new software. People-focused: Communicates clearly, builds relationships easily, and genuinely cares about helping others. High Integrity: Handles every interaction with honesty and takes responsibility for their actions. Solutions-oriented: Listens to customer needs and works to find the best solution in each situation. Team Player: Willing to jump in and help wherever needed to support the team and serve customers well. Handles the Pace: Able to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work through challenges in a busy environment. Active: Able to move between the office and shop, sit for periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs.
