Cycle Counter

Job Title: Cycle CounterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials. The Cycle Counter will utilize ERP systems to process cycle counts and review inventory activities, ensuring materials are properly located and accounted for.Responsibilities Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials daily. Utilize ERP to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity. Ensure materials are in proper locations and conduct searches to locate missing inventory. Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision. Assist in publishing weekly and quarterly inventory reports and develop process enhancements as needed. Perform stock/bin verification counts and report results. Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance. Adhere to all company policies, quality, and safety procedures and guidelines. Ensure proper and full-time use of PPE. Operate a wave & pallet jack and other warehouse equipment. Perform other duties as assigned by manager. There are oils present in the assembly department, and some areas may have a high density of materials. The role is located in one of two facilities in Lincolnshire, with an additional location in Vernon Hills, providing flexibility in assignment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
