What You Bring Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferredbut a big heart matters most. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon). Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques. Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
