The Laundry Transporter is responsible for safely transporting soiled linens to the laundry facility and delivering clean linens back to the property or designated clients. This position requires operating a company vehicle on assigned routes, loading and unloading laundry, maintaining accurate records, and providing courteous service. In addition to transportation responsibilities, the role supports housekeeping by stocking supplies, organizing linen storage areas, and performing cleaning tasks as needed. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and guest satisfaction are essential. Transportation Duties Maintain a valid driver's license for a minimum of 1 year with a clean driving record; safely operate a company vehicle at all times. Pick up soiled linens and deliver clean laundry according to scheduled routes. Load, unload, and transport laundry while ensuring proper handling to avoid damage or loss. Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records. Provide professional and courteous service to guests, clients, and team members during transport and delivery. Housekeeping Duties (as assigned) Assist housekeeping by restocking supplies, organizing linen storage areas, and performing cleaning tasks as assigned Required Skills and Abilities: Must have a valid driver's license for at least one year. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable with a highly physical and active roleon feet for extended periods.
