Receiving Clerk The Receiving Clerk is responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of parts and materials. This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, assisting with purchasing and sales support, and providing backup for customer service and production needs. The Receiving Clerk will also contribute to maintaining an organized, clean, and "tour-ready" facility while demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced, growing environment. Occasional after-hours support and travel may be required. Responsibilities Shipping and receiving; help ensure new parts received are checked into the system in a timely manner, and ensure repaired parts are shipped on time. Sales support through picking up and delivering repair parts to designated customers and vendors. Purchasing overflow; assist purchasing through pricing, pulling, receiving, distributing, and ordering parts as needed. Assist in customer service as needed. Assist in production support as needed. Assist in shop cleanliness and help ensure we are "Tour Ready." On-call for after-hours pickup and delivery support. Potential for occasional travel to help with program launches. Being a valuable and flexible part of the team to assist where needed as we grow. Other duties/tasks as assigned. Key Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred 13 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office) Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track, receive, and ship parts in a timely manner Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for pickups and deliveries) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move materials (typically up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods Willingness to be on-call for occasional after-hours pickups/deliveries Flexibility to assist across departments, including purchasing, production, and customer service Willingness to travel occasionally for program launches Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, "pitch-in" attitude
