This position is responsible for weighing, recording, packaging, and labeling bulk flower and pre-rolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.Responsibilities Accurately package and label cannabis flower and pre-rolls by weight as directed.Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all packaged products.Ensure an accurate inventory count and notify management of any discrepancies.Conduct quality control checks for defects and remove any non-compliant products.Assist with inventory counts and inform management of low stock levels.Cross-train and assist in other areas during slow periods.Adhere to Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) regulations and company policies.Meet daily packaging quotas while maintaining product integrity. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old.Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.Comfortable standing for at least 8 hours.Must hold a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
