Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator / Driver Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly Level: Experienced Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: High School Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Category: Warehouse Overview: Pinnacle is a leader in providing connectivity solutions for the corporate marketplace in Southern California. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator / Driver to support our operations team. This role combines warehouse duties, delivery responsibilities, and administrative support for the logistics department. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Note: This job description outlines general responsibilities and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Operations Pull and stock materials from conduit racks in warehouse or yard Load and unload trucks from ground level or platform Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and wire measuring equipment Count and verify bundles, boxes, reels, coils, and pallets Assist with facility maintenance across all company locations Driving & Delivery Plan efficient delivery routes and read maps accurately Deliver and pick up materials/equipment in a professional and timely manner Ensure all deliveries are signed for and all pickups are properly authorized Maintain responsibility for the safety and condition of the company vehicle Report any mechanical issues to the Shipping Clerk or Warehouse Manager Administrative & Office Support File invoices for the Logistics Department Respond to accounts payable phone calls and emails Complete vendor forms and documentation as required Provide organizational and communication support to management Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion Qualifications Requirements Ability to lift and move materials (minimum 20 lbs.), including overhead lifting, crouching, climbing ladders, and extended physical activity Excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred/required depending on role specifics) What We Offer Opportunity to work with an established and respected company Supportive team environment Diverse, hands-on role with growth potential
