If you can stay focused, work efficiently, and genuinely engage with people, you’re exactly the kind of person we need. We’ll teach you the specifics — just bring your dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to doing meaningful work.  The Role: Front Desk Receptionist  As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face visitors see when they arrive. You’ll keep everything running smoothly, from checking people in to answering calls and making sure everyone feels welcome, heard, and supported.  What You’ll Do  Greet visitors and guests with warmth and professionalism  Update and verify visitor information with every interaction  Assist with forms and answer general questions  Build rapport with visitors — remembering their names, stories, and preferences  Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front area  Use scheduling software and office tech efficiently  Help out wherever needed — we’re a collaborative team  What You Need  Calm energy, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment  Comfortable using digital tools like email, scheduling systems, and databases  A strong sense of privacy and confidentiality (or willingness to learn)  1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-oriented roles  High School Diploma or GED  Why You’ll Love It  A consistent schedule: 3 days/week (13-hour shifts)  Fulfillment – make a real difference for others by providing outstanding service  Room to grow – with clear career paths and skill-building opportunities  Paid time off – 10 PTO days (15 after first year) + 10 paid holidays  Excellent health, dental, and vision coverage — we cover 90%  We help you plan for the future with a 401k plan  Earn rewards for referring great people to our team  Who We Are  We’re committed to delivering exceptional experiences and innovative solutions.
