Project Coordinator (Senior Functional Analyst Project Support Services) Council for Logistics Research, Inc. (CLR) McLean, VA Benefits Offered: Medical, Life Insurance, 401(k), Dental, PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays Employment Type: Full-Time Location: On-site in Bethesda, MD Supervises: No Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 Citizenship / Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 security clearance and pass government background screening. Description of Work: The Project Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to NICoE leadership. The position ensures effective communication, reporting, and policy coordination across NICoE programs and external stakeholders within the Department of Defense healthcare system. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate administrative and operational activities across NICoE and WRNMMC. Support leadership with task management, coordination reports, and action tracking. Maintain updated program records and documentation. Draft and edit policy documents, administrative instructions, memoranda, and governance documentation. Support development and monitoring of procedures and policies to improve administrative and clinical operations. Provide meeting support, including preparation of summaries and coordination materials. Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics. Support communication and coordination with government stakeholders and partner organizations. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, or related field. Approximately 8 years of relevant experience. Experience supporting government or healthcare program management activities. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience preparing reports, policy documents, and executive briefings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare or government environment. Experience supporting military or federal healthcare organizations preferred. CLR and its subcontractors shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a), and 60-741.5(a).
