Job Title: Electronics AssemblerJob DescriptionThe Electronics Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and subassemblies according to engineering specifications. This role ensures that all products meet quality standards, requiring high precision and attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities Assemble electronic subassemblies, circuit boards (PCBs), and components using tools like soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimpers. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and work orders to guide assembly. Perform precision soldering on surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components. Conduct visual inspections for quality and perform functional tests to ensure compliance with specifications. Identify, repair, and resolve assembly issues or defects. Document assembly processes, test results, and inventory usage accurately. Maintain a clean, ESD-safe (Electrostatic Discharge) work area, and follow all safety protocols. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or a related technical field is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools, soldering equipment, and microscopes. Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling small parts. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex, detailed instructions.
