We are seeking a skilled andcompassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growingbehavioral health team in Media, PA. This hybrid role provides the opportunityto deliver high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care to children,adolescents, and young adults through a combination of onsite and telehealthservices. The PMHNP will beresponsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developingindividualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management ina collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
