Come join our team.Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologists to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are hiring for both inpatient and outpatient roles and welcome motivated, compassionate physicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.This is an excellent opportunity to practice100% adult endocrinologyin ahospital-employed, collaborative environmentwhere physicians and advanced practice providers work closely together to provide comprehensive care.In this role, you will diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances and a broad range of endocrine disorders, including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes with insulin pump management. The physician will provide patient-centered care by evaluating conditions, recommending appropriate treatment options, and counseling patients on associated risks and long-term management strategies.
