ACT provides a full range of services to people with a serious mental illness (SMI) insurance benefit. ACT teams offer complete, community-based treatment to people in the most difficult situations.About the RoleThis is a full-time position on a multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented care team serving up to 100 patients, allowing for small caseloads and highly personalized treatment.
