Gastroenterologist

Reporting to Physician Executive or designee, Gastroenterologist provides comprehensive physician services to assess, diagnose, plan and treat a wide range of patients with health issues/illness or injury within Endeavor Health facilities. Collaborates with inter-disciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive clinical coordination of patient care resulting in integrated health care that is timely, high quality, customer focused and utilizes resources effectively to optimize patient outcomes.There are two open positions, one at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL and a second position sharing time in the Naperville and Elmhurst, IL markets.Position(s) Highlights:Locations: (1) Arlington Heights, IL (1) Naperville and Elmhurst, ILFull Time: 1.0 FTE, 36 Patient-facing hoursSchedule: Monday to Friday along with weekday and weekend call rotation.Setting: Mix of Clinic, Hospital (inpatient), and Endoscopy LabRobust PCP & Specialty Care Network24/7 Hospitalist & Intensivist programs with shared EMR- EpicExperienced Mid - level support in both the clinic and hospital settings2- year salary guarantee from $319K-$740K.
