Nurse Practitioner - Raleigh, NC Shift: Days Job Summary & Responsibilities: Provide oversight and leadership for daily clinical operations within the infusion center Perform drug reconstitution and prepare medications for administration Administer medications via IV, subcutaneous (SQ), and intramuscular (IM) routes Initiate and manage IV placement for infusion therapies Monitor patients during and after treatment, including tracking vital signs and observing for adverse reactions Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records and documentation Manage patient treatment plans, including consultations, goal setting, and progress evaluations Coordinate inventory processes, including ordering, tracking, and supply management Ensure all necessary insurance authorizations for medications are obtained prior to administration Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews in collaboration with the medical director Stay informed on emerging infusion therapies and updates to clinical policies and procedures Build and maintain professional relationships with local healthcare providers and referral sources Education, Licensure, and Experience: Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Nurse Practitioner certification Current BLS and ACLS certifications Prior experience with infusion therapy required Strong ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance For more information, please reach out to Kuldeep Singh: at or by email: at
