As an experienced mechanic, you'll perform Total Productive Maintenance tasks, including repairing or replacing bearings, bushings, shafts, gear boxes, and performing all necessary greasing and lubrication to keep equipment from throwing tantrums. You'll inspect systems, spot hazards, identify defects, and make adjustments that keep everything running smoothly. This maintenance role requires someone with 25 years of experience, strong technical ability, and the patience to deal with equipment that occasionally acts like it needs emotional support. You'll follow clear instructions, stay productive in a loud environment, and work as part of a team that values communication and reliability. Safety programs, training sessions, compliance procedures, and company meetings will all be part of your routine because good maintenance work starts with good habits. You'll also follow GMP, HAACP, Food Safety, Food Defense, and SQF policies, along with proper LOTO procedures, because shortcuts and machinery do not mix.
