CNC Operator

CNC Operator You'll play a vital role in our (department) team by: Assisting in performing setups. Performing machine adjustments, changeovers, and offset adjustments as needed Selecting and loading part programs, and changing inserts and tooling Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines, including checking and replenishing cooling fluids and making necessary adjustments (CCLs) Operating CNC lathe in accordance with Vallourec operating instructions. Using precision gages, micrometers, and other applicable measurement instruments to validate compliance of product. Always maximizing efficiency and productivity Being responsible for quality of work meeting all requirements Following all Company work instructions, specifications, and requirements Following all Company Rules, Procedures, and Policies Always placing safety first and following all Company Safety Rules Having any other duties as assigned Must read, write, and communicate in the English language We're looking for candidates who are sharp, safety-focused, and ready to roll up their sleeves: Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC Operator in previous job/or 1 year experience as Production Operator. Must have a good understanding of machine shop operations and processes. Ability to read blueprints, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
