This is not a machinist rolethe position focuses on the operation of flatbed die cutting equipment, manual trimming and stripping, and careful inspection and packaging of parts. Flexible working hours are available, and the job is ideal for someone with prior experience in the printing or die cutting industry.Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain manual and automatic flatbed die cutting machines Perform manual stripping and trimming of cut components Visually inspect parts for accuracy and quality Package products according to customer and internal specifications Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area Accurately follow job tickets, drawings, and work orders Report material shortages or equipment issues to supervisor Assist with other production duties as needed Qualifications Experience in die cutting or the printing industry required Familiarity with flatbed (e.g., platen, clamshell) die cutting machines Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer knowledge including MS office Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Dependable and punctual
