What Makes You a Fit High school diploma or GED required Hands-on time with machines, production, or warehouse gear (5+ years) Has a general understanding of some or all of the following: Mechanical, PLC, ACDC Drives, Basic Electricity & Electronics, Arc Flash. Essential Functions: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any issues or defects and taking corrective action when necessary. Ensure consumables and equipment settings are maintained at specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly; if unable to resolve, escalate accordingly. Train and mentor employees on proper methods of equipment operation. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met. Serve as backup for Production Lead.
