Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) - Houston, TX (Part Time) Employment Type: Part-Time (3 Days/Week) Salary: $90,000 base - $120,000 (including bonus) Position Overview: We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on women s health and pelvic pain. Ideal candidates are Women s Health NPs or Family NPs with demonstrated experience in gynecologic care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based care for pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction using a proprietary, ultrasound-guided procedural protocol (training provided) Participate in a non-opioid, functional medicine approach to patient care Required Qualifications: Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (WHNP or FNP) Active Texas APRN license with full prescriptive authority DEA license Minimum 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience Proficient in women s health procedures (pelvic exams, IUD placements, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: 3 5 years of direct experience in Women's Health or GYN Compensation & Benefits: $30,000+ annual bonus potential Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance (pro-rated for part-time) Paid Holidays and PTO (pro-rated) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Digital onboarding and structured clinical training Supportive, collaborative work environment Continuing education reimbursement and CEU support
