Locums - Detroit, Michigan CRNA Opportunity Clinical Role Join a busy Level I Trauma Center providing high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, hospital-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking flexible day shifts, no call, and exposure to diverse surgical cases. Start Date: May 1, 2026 Assignment Type: Coverage for employee leave and vacation Position Highlights: Flexible shift options (8, 10, or 12 hours) No call required High-acuity, Level I Trauma environment Broad case mix with adult and limited pediatric patients Strong team-based care model under supervision Schedule & Coverage Day shifts only (8, 10, or 12 hours) Flexible scheduling based on facility needs No nights or call requirements Clinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: Hospital-based (Level I Trauma Center) Patient population: Adults with limited pediatrics Case Mix Includes: General surgery Neurosurgical cases Deep sedation / MAC Ventilation management Oversight of physician-administered regional anesthesia Responsibilities Include: Preoperative assessments and patient education Administering and monitoring anesthesia Managing ventilation and intraoperative care Responding to emergencies in coordination with care teams Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, RNs, and techs Accurate documentation in Epic EMR Participation in quality and safety initiatives Support & Technology Supervised care model Collaborative perioperative team environment Technology: EMR: Epic Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) NBCRNA Board Certification required Active Michigan RN license required (must be in hand at submission) BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) required Clean malpractice and license history required Must be willing to work variable day shifts No new graduates RecruitWell can arrange a phone call with you and the client to discuss this opportunity in more detail.
