Responsibilities: Provide exceptional hospitality with warmth and care towards guests and team members. Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards. Master various stations to keep your work experience fresh and enjoyable. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Support Shake Shack’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement. Qualifications: Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Adaptability to take on various roles within the restaurant. Demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking responsibility.
