Maintenance Technician

LHH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support mechanical maintenance operations within a high-performance production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with rotating equipment and industrial maintenance practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $33-$40 an hour. Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating and specialty equipment such as pumps, compressors, blowers, centrifuges, reactors, tanks, and filtration systems. • Install, remove, repair, and rebuild pumps and other mechanical components. • Perform pipe fitting, mechanical troubleshooting, and laser alignment of rotating equipment. • Diagnose equipment failures and support root cause investigations for recurring issues. • Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work activities in the maintenance management system. • Conduct installation inspections and quality checks for new equipment. • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance needs as required. • Support plant turnarounds, shutdowns, and overtime production needs when necessary. • Follow all safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and GMP standards.
