Job Summary The Sourcing Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing the cost of materials and labor. They will use what they've learned from analyses to identify areas of improvement. What You'll Do Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Generates purchase orders using the ERP systems Responds daily to ERP message notifications to ensure continuity of part supply Reacts to shortages, delays, and production schedules, and adjusts purchase orders accordingly Communicate daily with key stakeholders on facility supply chain status Ability to work with cross functional teams to improve Cost, Quality and Delivery Administers and manages supplier contracts to ensure compliance externally and internally Assuring compliance to supplier agreements Other duties and projects as assigned What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Fluency in Microsoft Office applications ERP system experience Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
