Assembler – Medical Devices Location: Zelienople, PA Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking Assembler – Medical Devices candidates to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This is an entry-level opportunity — no prior manufacturing experience required . Paid training will be provided. Candidates with basic hand-tool knowledge are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging tasks for medical devices Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment as needed Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established quality specifications Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scientific methods, and quality guidelines Accurately document work and follow all safety and compliance requirements Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as business needs require Work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience (training provided) Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and specifications in English Ability to perform basic math calculations Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work flexible or extended hours when required Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to use basic measurement tools, including microscopes Physical demands are representative of essential job functions; reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities If you are interested, please send an up-to-date resume to INDJP Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of assembly, fabrication, testing, and packaging tasks for medical devices Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment as needed Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established quality specifications Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), scientific methods, and quality guidelines Accurately document work and follow all safety and compliance requirements Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as business needs require Work collaboratively in a team-based manufacturing environment
