Shifts Available:Day (P) Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pmNight (Q) Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 4:30amWeekend (R) Shift: Friday - Sunday, 7:00am - 7:30pmPay Rate: $20.00/hr+$.75 shift differential for Night (Q) and Weekend (R) ShiftsOur attractive benefits package include:Health, vision, dental, Rx benefitsUp to 160 hours FTO per year401K matching programHoliday pay50% off discountPurpose: Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker/ cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center. Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution center.Key Responsibilities:Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisorUtilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded productsIdentify and communicate exceptions to the leadership teamFollow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperworkAbility to work overtime as neededFlexibility to train and work in multiple areasWork safely and maintain a clean work environmentOther duties as assignedKey Relationships:Leadership teamOperations shift managementOther internal departmentsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, turret truck, reach truck, powered pallet jack and sit-down forkliftBasic math skillsGood communication skillsRequired to speak, read, write and comprehend the English languageEssential Functions:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/dayable to work safely at high levels, upwards of forty (40) feetable to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesable to reliably attend work/scheduled hoursrequired to safely operate power industrial equipment as noted aboveoccasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawlRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:High School diploma or EquivalentMinimum of six (6) months previous experience operating forkliftsRequired to speak, read, write and comprehend the English languageadidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
