We have an immediate opening for an Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings true craftsmanship, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to the team. We're looking for someone who doesn't just do maintenance, but takes pride in doing things right the first time. Someone who shows up ready to solve problems, support residents, and be the steady, dependable force that keeps the community running smoothly. What You'll Do This isn't a "tighten a screw and go home" type of role. You'll be hands-on across the property, handling: Service requests with confidence and timeliness Make-readies and apartment turns that look so good people will wonder if you have a magic wand Drywall repair, painting, and general interior touch-ups Basic electrical and plumbing fixes that keep things humming Grounds and exterior upkeep that residents appreciate more than they say You'll also be part of a shared on-call rotation and work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. What You Bring A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and insurance Three years of apartment maintenance experience (minimum) Strong communication skills and professionalism-yes, even when things get hectic HVAC and CPO certifications are great bonuses, but not deal-breakers Why You'll Love Working Here Pedcor Homes offers more than just a job.
