Job DescriptionJanitorial - Des Moines, IA Job Title: Janitorial / Maintenance Associate Pay: $16.00-18.00/hour Hours: Sunday - Thursday 3:00pm - 11:30pm or Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30am-4:00pm Indoor and Outdoor role available Responsibilities Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and equipment checks Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and protective equipment Support setup for school events and activities as needed Requirements 1+ years of janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred Reliable attendance and time management Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Why Work with Advance Services, Inc.?
