Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed through 8/28/2026 Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30a-5p) with 30 min lunch break Worksite Setting: Outpatient freestanding clinic Scope of Work: Provider will see scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA license, DEA, BLS, and DOT Certification. Pay Rate Preferred: $90/hr
