Room Attendant

Room Attendant Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and properly preparing guest rooms, spa, and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of quality for our guests. This position is also responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Essential functions include: Keep the guest rooms clean and tidy Restock guest room supplies and amenities. Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests. Accommodate guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the hotel that require attention Comply with LASR attendance policy.
