Cycle Count Specialist

Cycle Count Specialist Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate ERP inventory records. Identify and support process improvements to reduce errors. Ensure proper material labeling and organization (5S). Coordinate with warehouse, materials, and customer service teams to resolve issues. Assist with audits, Kaizen events, and receiving processes. Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack). Train team members on inventory procedures as needed. Schedule: Standard working hours are Monday Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. As business dictates there may be the need to work outside of these hours, including Saturdays. Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required Intermediate Computer Skills Bilingual, English/Spanish 1 year or more of fork truck driving experience and current certification (in-house certification available if needed). Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a safety-focused mindset.
