Required Skills: MD or DO degree Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid medical license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain one Proven experience in obstetric and gynecological care Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically Meditech Expanse Ability to manage high patient volumes, with 13+ encounters per day Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations efficiently Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hospital-employed CNMs and APCs Previous locum or temporary hospitalist experience Knowledge of high-volume OB triage settings Familiarity with diverse obstetric and gynecological emergencies BLS and NRP certifications Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology Prior experience covering hospital call duties and on-call responsibilities Other Requirements: Ability to start from 12/31/2025 Willingness to cover clinic, hospital, and on-call duties as described Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Travel and certification reimbursements, licensure support, and other expenses covered as applicable This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your professional journey while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
