Oem Material Handler ITW Global Tire Repair develops and manufactures tire repair products used by major automotive brands and retailers around the world. Our Solon, Ohio manufacturing facility plays an important role in producing high-quality products that support our customers across the automotive and retail markets. ITW Global Tire Repair is seeking a full-time OEM Material Handler to support warehouse and shipping operations. In this role, you will prepare products for shipment by accurately packing, labeling, scanning, and organizing materials according to customer specifications. You will also support daily production schedules, maintain quality and safety standards, and operate forklifts to move materials and replenish workstations as needed. Job Responsibilities Process orders for customers in an efficient manner. Process orders via Scan and Scale Verification methods on a computer. Inspect products for defects or damage before and after packing to ensure they meet quality standards. Repack OEM material into plastic and corrugated totes to prep for shipment. Warehouse materials according to the policy described and assist in the maintenance of FIFO stock rotation. Replenish repack stations with stock using the forklifts. Load and unload freight trucks. Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment. Rework projects as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. 1 to 3 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with the operation of high lift, forklift, Ride-Along lift. Ability to work collaboratively and support cross-functional teams. Demonstrates strong attention to cleanliness and organization in the work area. Able to work independently, be dependable and adapt to changes in systems and procedures. Demonstrates initiative and accountability. Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as business needs require. Pay rate is $19 - $21 an hour depending on experience.
