Perform specialized procedures such as gastric lavage, cardiac catheterization, tube feeding, and ostomy care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in emergency medicine situations, responding promptly to critical needs. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterile processing standards. SkillsProficient in basic life support techniques and emergency response procedures. Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and patient management. Experience in teaching hospitals or similar clinical settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
