US Enhanced Personnel is partnering with a growing construction organization to identify an experienced Project Scheduler who can support complex construction projects and ensure project schedules are accurate, coordinated, and executed efficiently. This role is critical to maintaining project timelines and helping teams proactively manage schedule impacts across multiple phases of construction. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Developing and maintaining CPM project schedules for construction projects • Creating baseline schedules and monitoring project progress • Identifying impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities • Tracking schedule deviations and recommending corrective actions • Preparing schedule analysis, reports, and progress updates • Reviewing schedules from architects, contractors, and vendors • Supporting project teams through scheduling meetings and planning sessions • Performing job site walks to verify construction progress • Evaluating schedule impacts related to scope changes and change orders What We’re Looking For • Experience developing and managing construction project schedules • Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and methodologies • Experience reading construction plans and contract documents • Experience working on capital construction projects • Proficiency with Primavera (Oracle), Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software • Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Experience • 10+ years of scheduling experience on construction projects • Experience in commercial, infrastructure, medical, retail, or institutional construction • Certification in construction or project scheduling (AACE, PMI, AIC, CFMA preferred) The Right Candidate for This Role The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys digging into project schedules, identifying risks early, and helping project teams stay ahead of potential delays.
