WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE JOB OVERVIEW This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in the automotive industry located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with health benefits included, 401K, and more. No experience is needed, we are willing to train. RESPONSIBILITIES Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to: Receive, process, and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers for timely delivery Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory checks Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn Prior experience in a warehouse or automotive industry is a plus but not required QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS If offered a position, all applicants will go through our pre-hire process which includes the following: Criminal background check Motor Vehicle Report review Physical Abilities Evaluation Verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hiring BENEFITS & PERKS Paid Vacation, Sick leave and Holidays Medical, Dental & Vision, other voluntary benefit options available Company paid Life, AD&D with Long Term Disability policy providing income protection 401k Retirement Plan with company Match At Southwest Dealer Services: Acrisure Protection Group | KARR Security, we are committed to creating a workplace that values and celebrates diversity.
