Front Desk & Guest Experience Associate Schedule: ThursdayMonday (Part-Time) Includes mandatory staffing for the annual Celebration event in June Reports To: Operations and Administrative Manager Compensation: $16$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Position Summary: The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests and customers, providing a welcoming, professional, and organized front desk experience while supporting tour operations and administrative functions. Responsibilities: Welcome customers and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Check in guests for scheduled tours and events Monitor lobby traffic, work areas, and overall customer flow Facilitates correspondence with customers Communicate all customer questions, concerns, and complaints to management in a timely manner Collaborate with Customer Relations, Administrative, and Tour Operations teams Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive guest interactions Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Active listening and clear verbal and written communication skills Effective time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Technical proficiency in customer records management, word processing, databases, email, and chat software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Physical Requirements: Ability to remain upright and stationary for extended periods during a shift Ability to move throughout the lobby and front desk areas as needed Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or supplies weighing up to approximately 25 pounds Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and scanners Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic means Note: As Prince was a pescatarian, Paisley Park is a pescatarian food environment. Eggs, fish, and cheese are fine; beef, pork, chicken, and other meats can be eaten in your car, or you may take meals off-site. If offered the position, the offer is contingent upon passing a background check and a four-panel background screen which does NOT include THC.
