Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment, including 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses. The role involves electrical troubleshooting for various voltage systems and PLC and robotics troubleshooting, specifically with Fanuc and ABB systems. The technician will also be responsible for performing daily preventative maintenance tasks when not addressing breakdowns.Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480, 277, 120, and 24V DC systems. Engage in PLC and robotics troubleshooting, particularly with Fanuc and ABB systems. Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic repairs and general maintenance. Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks. Essential Skills Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance. Ability to test 12V and 24V DC controls and 480V AC systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and ladder logic. Knowledge in PLC troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience with an associate's degree preferred. Consideration for entry-level candidates with a degree or 10 years of experience without a degree. Multi-skilled in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.
