Warehouse Associate

Candidate Source is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Associate / Medical Courier to support daily operations at a medical center. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical items throughout the facility while maintaining strict compliance with safety and confidentiality standards. Key Responsibilities Unload FedEx and other delivery trucks and organize incoming shipments Prioritize and distribute packages efficiently throughout the facility Transport, lab specimens, medical equipment and supplies between departments Ensure all deliveries are completed with accuracy and urgency, especially STAT/time-sensitive items Follow all HIPAA, and safety protocols Handle temperature-sensitive and fragile items with proper care Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lab staff, and department leaders Utilize hospital communication systems, tracking tools, and delivery logs Navigate the hospital efficiently and adapt to changing priorities throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare, logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments preferred Able to work the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday Ability to work in a fast-paced, medical setting Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to follow strict confidentiality and compliance guidelines Comfortable being on your feet and walking throughout the shift
