The Mechanical Assembler II will provide reliable and timely support in the building of complex mechanical assemblies as follows: Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical/wiring schematics as needed. Ability to read and follow POD production order descriptions to assemble finished product. Analyze mechanical and operational aspect of tools and equipment use to assemble product. Install and assemble intricate components to complete final assembly. Ability to inspect product per engineering specification to ensure proper assembly. Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify problems and communicate issues to supervisor or engineering. Ability to recommend ECR engineering request to improve process. Ability to write assembly procedures on final product.
