Pastry Chef

Busy Midtown Restaurant is looking for a motivated pastry professional with a positive “team first” attitude to take on the role of Pastry Chef. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for executing our culinary vision by participating in all aspects of kitchen activities. This includes but is not limited to: in-house bread program, ice cream and dessert production, organizing, planning and leading the pastry team in preparation, set up and execution of each days’ services. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for coordination with the Private Dining Director and their team to ensure all private events are executed to Chefs standards. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef to ensure proper management of the kitchen, with a focus on systems, organization and meeting financial goals.
