First Connect Health is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Radiology TechnologistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: 04/27/2026Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, eveningsEmployment Type: TravelTitle: Radio TechLocation: Pittsfield, MA 01201Duration: 13 WeeksShift: Evening (8*5) 3:00 PM - 11:30 PMRequirements:2+ Years experience, 1 YEAR CURRENT EXPERIENCE [Required]ARRT (R) Certification - [Required]MA Radiology License in handBLS [required]Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred]Must be willing to work weekends and evenings10/12hour shift requests will NOT be considered for this need.Description:DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONPerform a wide variety of technical procedures, requiring independent judgment and ingenuity. Requires initiative to apply appropriate skills to facilitate a diagnosis. May be assigned independent responsibilities by Lead Technologist, Administrative Director, or Operations Manager. Proper care of the client in accordance with the departmental and hospital policies andprocedures is required. May be responsible for assigned areas to assume responsibilities of supervision or instruction to department personnel as determined by Operations Manager or Lead Technologist. Practices infection control and body substance isolation in clinical practice in compliance with departmental and hospital policies and OSHA standards. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times. Demonstrates proper operation of PACS, HIS and RIS computer systems. Demonstrates ability to operate and trouble shoot CR, DR and PACs applications. Attends annual mandatory education to include blood borne pathogens, infection control, and body substance isolation. Maintains department competencies as required.Must have excellent patient care skills.
