Help manage accounting team including accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, payroll accountant and a senior staff accountant Assist with quarterly budgets and projections Prepare accurate, timely consolidated financial statements each month Create monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance Analyze financial statements Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary Assist with quarterly debt covenant calculations Reconcile cash accounts daily Review and authorize bill payments and employee expense reports Review and supervise the semi-monthly payroll Proactively shares ideas and contributes ongoing suggestions for enhancement of the company What you need to bring to the table.... Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA needed 2 -4 years’ experience in general accounting or public accounting / audit experience Experience with computerized ledger systems Advanced knowledge of Excel Strong problem solving and analytical skills Team player with leadership qualities Ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of the organization Courteous, personable, approachable, and professional in all relationships Innovative and possesses confidence to take initiative Self-starter who is resourceful, flexible, and willing to work hard
