This Position offering flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours in a Level 1 trauma center. The CRNA will work under supervision, managing adult patients and a limited pediatric population, including general surgery, deep sedation/MAC, neurosurgical cases, ventilation management, and oversight of physician-administered regional anesthesia.- Deliver anesthesia care for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures, including general surgery, neurosurgical cases, and deep sedation/MAC- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff, including RNs, surgical technologists, and anesthesia technicians- Provide preoperative assessments and patient educationAdminister anesthetics safely and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures- Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia- Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with the healthcare team- Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMR- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives- Work day shifts only (8, 10, or 12 hours) with no on-call or weekend requirements
